All persons required to register pursuant to ARS 13-3821 (including juveniles) shall register their online identifier’s with the sheriff’s office within 72 hours excluding weekends and legal holidays after a person makes any change to any required online identifier, and before any use of a changed or new required online identifier to communicate on the internet. For the purpose of this requirement, "required online identifier" means any electronic e-mail address information or instant message, chat, social networking or other similar internet communication name, but does not include a social security number, date of birth or pin number.

This includes the name(s) of any website or internet communication service where the identifier is being used or intends to be used. Example: Facebook, SnapChat, Instagram, Twitter, etc.

The registrant must confirm the identifier each year and must notify the Sheriff’s Office via telephone or electronically of all changes.
