Letter of No Record: If you require a notarized "Letter of No Record", please indicate this by checking the appropriate box on the form.
Generally, a criminal history record check and/or Letter of No Record will be completed within seventy-two (72) business hours from the time your request was received at the Yuma County Sheriff’s Office. However, a representative from our Records Department will contact you when your request has been completed and is ready for pick up or to notify you that it has been mailed to you.
NOTE: There is no charge for a general criminial history record check or the notarized letter of no record.
