STATEMENT OF LOCATIONS WHERE ALL NOTICES OF THE MEETINGS OF THE YUMA COUNTY SHERIFF’S OFFICE CORRECTIONS OFFICER RETIREMENT PLAN LOCAL BOARD WILL BE POSTED

Pursuant to A.R.S. § 38-431.02, the Yuma County Sheriff’s Office Corrections Officer Retirement Plan Local Board hereby states that all notices of the meetings of the Yuma County Sheriff’s Office Corrections Officer Retirement Plan Local Board and any of its committees and subcommittees will be posted:

1. On the Committee web page: www.yumacountysheriff.org/about-corp.htm
2. Public Postings board at the Yuma County Sheriff’s Office located at 141 S. 3rd Avenue, Yuma, Arizona. The board is located outside of the building and available to the public 24/7.
3. Public Postings board at the Yuma County Administration Building located at 197 S. Main Street, Yuma, Arizona. The board is located outside of the building and available to the public 24/7.
4. Public Postings board at the Yuma City Hall located at One City Plaza, Yuma, Arizona. The board is located outside of the building and available to the public 24/7.
5. Public Postings board at the Yuma County Superior Court located at 250 W. 2nd Street, Yuma, Arizona. The board is located outside of the building and available to the public 24/7.

Such notices will indicate the date, time, and place of the meeting and will include an agenda or information concerning the manner in which the public may obtain an agenda for the meeting.
