Notary Public Services
The Yuma County Sheriff's Office provides notary public services to the public as follows:
YCSO Main Office/Administration
141 S. 3rd Avenue
YCSO Foothills Substation
13190 E. South Frontage Road
Monday through Friday (excluding holidays)
8:00 AM–5:00 PM
Notary Public Fees
The fee for notary public services is $2.00 - pursuant to Arizona Revised Statutes 41-316 and A.A.C. R2-12-1102 (The Arizona Administrative Code Rules)
Types of payment accepted:
- YCSO Main Office: Cash, personal check, money order, cashier’s check, and credit/debit. Checks should be made payable to the Yuma County Sheriff's Office.
- YCSO Foothills Substation: Cash, personal check, money order, and cashier’s check. Checks should be made payable to the Yuma County Sheriff's Office.
Picture Identification is required.
Acceptable ID: Valid driver’s license or state ID card, passport, military ID or other official government forms of ID. Individuals under the age of sixteen may use a state ID card or school ID card.
