BROOKHURST HOMEOWNERS ASSOCIATION, an unincorporated homeowners association, Plaintiff, vs. ANGELA EASLEY, an unmarried woman, Defendant.
WHEREAS, pursuant to an execution issued in the above-entitled action upon Judgments for BROOKHURST HOMEOWNERS ASSOCIATION, an unincorporated homeowners association, and against ANGELA EASLEY, an unmarried woman, entered on June 17, 2013, in the amount of $3,995.37, together with pre-judgment and post-judgment interest thereon at the rate of 4.25% per annum and entered on August 2, 2013, for attorneys’ fees and costs in the sum of $3,426.50, with interest thereon at a rate of 4.25% per annum, I have levied upon all of the right, title, and interest of the Judgment Debtor in the property described as follows:
Lot 14, Unit No. 2, BROOKHURST SUBDIVISION including the air conditioning unit and appurtenances thereto, and the right of exclusive use and occupancy, but not single ownership of the following part of the Limited Common Elements:
A. The space in the particular carport and the storage space or compartment bearing the same number as the apartment, together with that part of the paved area between said carport and the alley encompassed within the extension of the lines or walls delineating said carport bearing the same number as the apartment.
B. The right to the use of the laundry room marked as Number 5 in the multi-family structure in which the apartment is located. Said use to be in common with the unit owners within said multi-family structure.
TOGETHER WITH an undivided fractional interest, to be determined by dividing the total number of units of Brookhurst Horizontal Property Regime and any additional submission thereto into one, in and to the following described Common Elements:
Lots 1 to 18, inclusive, BROOKHURST SUBDIVISION, according to the Map thereof of record in the office of the Yuma County Recorder, in Book 6 of Maps, at page 12 thereof; and
EXCEPTING THEREFROM all numbered apartments, except the apartment herein conveyed; and
EXCEPTING any exclusive rights of owners to the use and occupancy of those parts of the Limited Common Elements bearing the same number as apartments, except the apartment herein conveyed.
All as described in the Declaration of Submission of Lots 17 and 18, recorded in Docket 694, page 697; and Declaration of Submission of Lots 9 to 16, inclusive, recorded in Docket 703, page 915; and Declaration of Submission of Lots 1 to 8, inclusive, recorded in Book 6 of Plats, page 45.

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that I, the Sheriff of Yuma County, on the 2nd day of April, 2014, at 10:30 a.m. at the front door of the Yuma County Superior Courthouse at 250 West 2nd Street, in Yuma, Arizona, 85364 will sell at public auction to the highest bidder for cash all of the right, title, and interest of ANGELA EASLEY, an unmarried woman, in and to the above-described property to satisfy said Judgments.

Title 33, chapter 8, article 1 of the Arizona Revised Statutes, may permit you to protect your residence from certain types of legal process by recording a claim of homestead.
