Requests are processed in the order they are received and/or based on the availability of the records/report requested. Some records/reports may take longer than others to process; for example, archived reports, and active investigations.
Please allow 15 to 20 business days for your request to be processed. To verify that a report is ready to be picked up, contact the Records Department at (928) 329-2254.
If you are requesting photographs, you will be contacted once they have been processed with the total cost and when they will be available for pick-up.

Types of payment accepted at Records Department: Cash, personal check, money order, and cashier’s check. Checks should be made payable to the Yuma County Sheriff's Office.
NOTE: Credit/debit card payments are accepted in the Civil Department; however, there is a service fee which varies from $1.50-$3.50 depending on the amount charged and credit/debit card used.
